I build new residential homes, remodel old, along with outdoor decks, patios and kitchens. I purchase good materials and have reliable Sub contractors, whom I have used for over Ten years. I’m involved and keep my schedules on track. I follow all building codes to the letter, and properly insure all my construction projects. I do not ask for money up front, unless special order. Estimates are free, unless design or engineering is needed. I still honor a handshake and believe at the end of the day, happy customers are the best customers.
